To simplify your shopping experience we offer two shipping methods: Standard and Expedited. Depending on the item(s) you purchase on eternal18.com and the location to which the items will be delivered. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are based on your location, the shipping method chosen and the value of the total order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout before the completion of your order. If available where you live, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as One-Day Shipping).
If you choose to upgrade your shipping method to One-Day Shipping in the U.S., your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 pm noon PST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.
Please note Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not considered business days for order processing. On rare occasions, such as the holiday season and special sales, delays in processing may occur.
